Appendix A on your kindle version doesn't have anything in it

Completed the first task and then went to appendix A to learn the swift code only to find there is no appendix A on the kindle version. The front page is there nut nothing else

    I'm using the Kindle app on my iPAD v3 (retina) to learn "Beginning iPhone Development With Swift" and Appendix A seems to be complete for me.
